Hello friends,
This week is going to be a little intense with all the things happening astrologically. To make it easier and survive this week of the 29th, we have put together a great schedule to help you meditate and get you thru this week!
Meditation & Yoga Classes in Dania Beach
Come to Zen Mystery for the following classes:
Tuesday April 30th, we have Guided Meditation, by me! I’m going to take you in a journey and help you get deeper in your spiritual practice. This class is by donation and no one will be turned away by lack of funds! Class starts at 6:30pm!
Wednesday May 1st, Denis will be teaching Vipassana Meditation at 8pm.
Thursday we got two great classes! In the morning, Denis will be teaching Vipassana by donation at 11am. Then at 6:30pm, I’m teaching Yoga and Meditation, we will do about 70 minutes of asanas and leave a good 20 minutes to meditate at the end of class.
Friday, Denis guides you in a Tonglen Meditation by donation at 8pm.
Join us for a cup of tea after class, choose one of the 30 different teas we have! Or simply hang out, read a book from our library in one our cozy spots in Zen Mystery’s Tea Lounge!

This week we got some of our favorites appearing again!
Tuesday, we got our favorite Zen Mystery Soup, aka mung bean soup! Brown rice and veggies, and a delicious baby kale salad!
Wednesday is Raw Kelp Noodle soup, followed by a quinoa bowl with steamed veggies, and a two kale salad.
Thursday is Burmese Coconut Tofu soup night with lentil rice and a delicious salad!
Friday we will have our famous Asian lentil soup, our delicious Zen Mystery “Fried” rice, and a two-kale salad.
To close out the week, on Saturday we will have our chunky Miso soup, brown rice veggie bowl, and baby kale salad!
