Sound Healing: Winter Solstice Celebration with Luz & Alejandra

Come to join us at Zen Mystery to celebrate the solstice and to share healing sounds, prayers and good vibrations.

Luz Duque and Alejandra Rodas will guide us into a meditative journey through sound guided by intention and prayer.

You will enjoy the vibration of various instruments, like drums rattles, chimes, singing bows and more, while you relax on the floor on a yoga math.
