Beginning August 11th I’ll be offering a delicious Yoga flow every 2nd & 4th Thursday at 8pm beginning with a shamanic drumming meditation by Luz A Duque at Zen Mystery located at 56 N Federal Hwy in Dania Beach! Come join us & open your hearts!with Nico as she leads you through a fun yet powerful practice.
Pachamama Yoga was created by Nicole Andújar on February 2015 after receiving her 200-Hr Yoga Teacher Certification from I Love Yoga Studio in Dania, Florida.
Her practice has been focused mainly on healing. During her training, she was adamant about learning how to heal the spine and back due to debilitating back pain resulting from a car accident.
By strengthening the lower back muscles and core, she has completely healed that pain and is passionate about helping others live pain free through the practice of yoga.
Nicole is a creative at heart. She works as an art director for the University of Miami. She is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner in the Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage, ceremonial singer, crafter, spirit weaver, Thai massage practitioner and yoga teacher.
Join us every 2nd and 4th Thursday at Zen Mystery and flow with Nico as she leads you through a fun yet powerful practice.
