New Moon Shamanic Sound Healing and Energy Clearing

We are inviting you to join Luz A. Duque and Alejandra Rodas. They will be hosting a Shamanic Sound Healing at Zen Mystery.
The night will begin with a relaxing meditation and clearing of energy with sage or copal then transition into the healing sounds of drums, flutes, rattles and singing bowls.
The vibration from these instruments have the capacity to align the body, mind, and spirit.
Luz and Alejandra will sing ancient medicine songs and use prayer as part of sound healing.
Come with an open mind, bring your yoga mat and be ready to embark in a journey into your self.
Sound is a powerful tool of when done with the intention of healing.
