Full Moon Healing Alchemy through Sound with Luz and Stella

Full moon is upon us. We are getting together to meditate, relax and heal with sounds, prayer and good vibrations.

Luz Duque and Stella will guide us into a meditative journey through sound guided by intention and prayer.

You will enjoy the vibration of various instruments, like crystal singing bowls, gong drum, rattles, chimes, and more, while you lay on the floor on yoga math.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. The space is limited to 13 people.
